Note from the oenologist: What I am looking for in this wine, it is the naturalness “fruit” and “freshness”. It must be a complex wine but easy to drink for the consumer and entertaining. Matured in new French oak barrels during12 months. Intense cherry-red colour, almost opaque, with purple edge which demonstrates us its great youth and especially its capacity of aging.

The nose is happy, cheerful and entertained. A set of aromas predominated by the red fruits in the first part and with black plums and violet flowers at the bottom. Very intense and persistent aroma. In the mouth, it is tasty as a mature fruit and has a great balance and freshness.

Food Pairing: red meat, roast meat with sauce, lamb, jamon ibérico, mature cheese.

Serving Temperature: 16 C

This wine can be drank immediately or can be kept for 5-8 years.
