Our best reserves from 8 to 12 Years are blended to create a Rum that is round, balanced and surprisingly fresh.
Medium amber color, transparent and shiny. Medium high density demonstrated by thin “legs” with slow movement sliding down the glass’s walls. Aromas of brown sugar and molasses, burnt sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nuts and smoked wood. Notes of caramel, vanilla and nuts, balanced tannins provided by the toasted casks, elegant, balanced and persistent body, significant minerality and moderate acidity give way to a long and surprisingly fresh finish.
Ron Roble Viejo Extra Añejo is a moderately dry and exceptionally smooth Rum, excellent alone or as the star in luxury cocktails.
