The wine has been aged 4 months on new French oak (of which 1 month with bâtonnage of the fine lees) Complex aromas of tropical fruit, hints of sweet spices (vanilla) thanks to the aging on oak.
Dense and unctuous but still very refreshing, evolves in the mouth, intense aromas of fresh pears, peaches, honey, white flowers and vanilla, well-balanced, extremely long and very pleasant finish. Only 4,000 bottles are produced each year.
Ageing potential of 3-5 years.
Food pairings: Fish and Sea Food, cod, shrimp, scallops, lobster. Simply seasoned pork, turkey, duck. Cheese. Service temperature: 10-12°c
